Participating in our “Faith In Realty” program has many benefits with unlimited potential. There are no costs and no obligations to the non-profit organization, nor to our buyers and/or sellers.

3 EASY STEPS

STEP 1

It begins with the non-profit organization making its supporters and members aware of our program.

Step 2

One of those supporters or members hire us to perform our real estate duties on their behalf.

Step 3

A sale transaction occurs and a non-profit organization is selected to receive a donation in an amount based off of the sale price. Checks are currently averaging $500.00 per donation!  The donation check is delivered to the non-profit with a presentation that references the donation is being made by Chestnut Real Estate, on behalf of the supporter or member.

Members and supporters of non-profit organizations buy and sell homes every day.

EVERY real estate transaction closed with Chestnut Real Estate generates an impressive donation to a non-profit organization. Is it going to be your organization that receives that donation?
